Casserley Cottage is a holiday rental in Lancelin, Western Australia. Embracing coastal cottage styling, our recently renovated cottage offers a perfect retreat for up to 8 guests. With 2 rooms featuring queen beds and a dorm room with 2 king single bunks, our cottage provides a comfortable and spacious environment for families and groups. Our new kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, allows for convenient meal preparations, while the full home water filtration system ensures pure and safe drinking water. Step outside to enjoy our outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Conveniently located near the beach, town centre, and the local pub, Casserley Cottage is your ideal holiday escape.

Rates

  • Weekday Rate $200 per night

  • Weekend Rate $250 per night

  • Cleaning Fee $150 per stay

  • Minimum 2 nights

  • All payments to be made by Bank transfer.

  • Bank details to be shared on booking conformation email.

  • 50% deposit to secure booking

  • Balance required 7 days before booking.

  • Free cancellations 14 days prior to booking.

  • One night cancellation fee after that.

  • There is a lockbox at the property.

  • The code will be shared 48 hours prior to your booking.

  • Please return keys to lockbox at the end of your stay.
